SAN DIEGO – Torrey Pines Bank has announced that Phil Bell has joined the Bank as Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer for the downtown market. With over 20 years of local experience in financial services, Bell has worked as a Vice President for Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank as well as Professional Practice Insurance Brokers.
As Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer at Torrey Pines Bank, Bell’s responsibilities will include loan origination, underwriting, and closing of commercial, construction and term loans for business and consumer customers. Bell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, is an NASD registered representative with Series 6, 7 and 63. Bell is also a California Department of Insurance, Life Agent.
