About the Speaker
 Robert G. Sarver launched Torrey Pines Bank in 2003 with Gary Cady. Mr. Sarver has enjoyed a remarkably successful career in banking. Having founded his first bank at the age of 23, Mr. Sarver has held senior management positions for some of the most prominent banks in the western United States. In December 2002, Mr. Sarver became Chairman and CEO of Western Alliance Bancorporation (NYSE: WAL), a holding company consisting of eight banking and financial services affiliates in California, Arizona and Nevada. He is the founder of Southwest Value Partners and is a director of Meritage Corporation and Skywest Airlines. Mr. Sarver is also the Managing Partner of the National Basketball Association's Phoenix Suns.
