Margaret Lowell is Vice President and Manager for the Bank's Piedmont office. Margaret is responsible for developing the strategy for the market's lending activities and coordinating a seamless credit approval process for clients. Margaret has over 25 years experience working in the commercial lines of credit, residential and commercial construction lending, owner occupied and investor real estate term loans including SBA 504, lending to small and middle-market businesses.
Margaret earned a graduate degree in Business from San Diego State University, California.
Additionally, she successfully completed the two-year curriculum from the California Intermediate Banking School.
Margaret is actively involved in local community organizations. Past involvement includes Leadership San Ramon, Easter Seals, JDRF, and John Muir Hospital Women's Philanthropic Society.
