REO Reporting Manager

DESCRIPTION: REO Reporting Manager will assist the Director of Corporate Facilities in the preparation and analysis of the Bank’s REO and property management portfolio. These reports and analyses will be used for regulatory, board reporting and audit responses. Additional responsibilities include gathering and compiling information from various sources such as IT, accounting, real estate, etc for the purpose of developing Asset Quality Reports. Other duties include consolidation of these reports to include all subsidiary banks/affiliates; review potential problems with the Director of Corporate Facilities for resolution and coordination of meetings with internal/external auditors. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a 4-year College and three (3) years or more related experience or an Associate’s Degree and five (5) years or more of related experience. Work related experience should consist of an accounting or bookkeeping background. REO experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Foreclosure/Bankruptcy processing and REO management. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Real Estate sales, Loan Foreclosure procedures and Bankruptcy statutes.


PROJECT MANAGER III - Western Alliance Bancorporation (2 positions)
LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ

DESCRIPTION: The position of the Project Manager III is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager III will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. This position will be responsible for the highest level of project management. PMP Certification preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year college or university in MIS or Business and seven (7) plus years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Must have strong familiarity with project management software. Proficient understanding of systems and platforms. Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations, i.e. shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Exceptional analytical and problem solving capabilities. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to apply new technologies. Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write report and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers, contractors and employees. Intermediate knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Company operational policies. Advanced skills in personal computer operation, including word processing and spreadsheet software programs (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.). Exceptional organizational and time management skills demonstrating flexibility during times of change. Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties. Current state issued driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
